WILLIAM H. PARKER

Cadet Parker was a deck major aboard the SS Harry Luckenbach. Eyewitnesses believe this ship was hit by one or two torpedoes on the starboard side. A large explosion caused the ship to sink in 4 minutes. The number killed was unknown, however it is a fact that 3 lifeboats got away with survivors.
